He’s our General Contractor. Theo oversees all of the day to day details for our projects. He’s been in the construction world pretty much since he could walk and is super happy to live and work what he’s passionate about.

Chad is our General Designer. Every aspect of design from color, layout, floorplan, etc. goes through Chad. Chad is also a Licensed Realtor. He’s our go to whenever we need anything!
